Eligibility for Refund
A refund may be considered only under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate payment made by the applicant.

Non-Refundable Situations

- Payment Receipt or Transaction ID
- Reason for the refund request

Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved, the amount will be processed through the original payment method within 7–15 business days, depending on the payment gateway or banking institution.
Cancellation of Services
Applicants may request cancellation of consultancy services before services commence. However, approval of any refund remains at the sole discretion of Kainotomia Edutech and will depend on the stage of service already provided.
