Eligibility Requirements for LLB:
Applicants must meet specific requirements to be eligible to enroll in the LLB program. The following are the requirements for enrollment in three-year LLB programs as stated by BCI:
- To enroll in an LLB program, candidates must be graduates, that is, they must have completed a bachelor's degree program of three or four years in duration in any subject.
- In addition, some universities set a minimum percentage standard that applicants must meet to enroll in the three-year LLB program they offer. The (minimum) percentage required for candidates in the General category ranges from 45% to 55%, while that for applicants in the SC/ST category goes from 35% to 45%.
LLM (Master of Law):
A postgraduate law degree is called an LLM. The two-year Master of Law or LLM program is available in colleges and universities in India. The LLM degree’s course requirements are set up so that the law course is broken up into four semesters. In the Master of Law program, students conduct extensive research in their chosen area of law to achieve in-depth knowledge of that area of law. A law graduate has two options for their career: they can start general or specialize in a particular area of law. One can study a variety of legal specializations with an LLM degree, including criminal law, business law, administrative law, environmental law, cyber law, and more. Eligibility Requirements for LLM:

- Candidates must have at least 55% marks at the graduation level to meet the requirements shared by these universities to be admitted to the LLM program they offer.
